1. Consultations & Service Agreement
All services are based on the consultation agreed upon between the client and stylist before the service.  The client is responsible for clearly communicating their expectations, preferences and any concerns during the consultation.  Results may vary depending on hair history, condition and previous treatments.

2. Acceptance of Service
Clients must check and approve the service before leaving the salon.  Once a client leaves, the service is deemed complete and accepted.

3. Payment
Payment is due after the service unless otherwise agreed.  By paying, the client confirms satisfaction with the service provided.  Prices discussed during consultation may vary based on hair length, thickness and condition.

4. Dissatisfaction & Complaints Policy
Any concerns, dissatisfaction or issues must be raised within 7 days of the original service date.  Concerns must be reasonable and supported by a clear explanation.  The salon may offer a complimentary corrective service at its discretion.  No refunds are provided for services already performed.

5. Refunds
Hairdressing services are not refundable.  They are time-based and skill-based services, not tangible goods.  Complimentary adjustments or corrections are the only remedy offered where justified.

6. Follow-Up Appointments
Complimentary follow-up or corrective appointments must be booked within a reasonable timeframe set by the salon.  The client must allow the original stylist to correct the service where possible.

7. No-Shows & Cancellations
No-shows and cancellations are not permitted.
We need at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, but this can be adjusted as needed.  Failure to attend without notice may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

8. Hair History & Liability
Clients must disclose their full hair history including colouring, chemical treatments henna, box dyes and medications. The salon isn’t responsible for any undesired results due to undisclosed hair history.

9. Personal Belongings
The salon isn’t responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. Behaviour & Safety
Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The salon reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

11. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time and the most current version will always apply.
